Hetal graduated as a dentist from Bombay, India, in 2001. After 7 years in private practice there, she moved to Newcastle in 2008 to widen her professional and personal horizons. She has created a strong reputation for herself as a passionate and skilful general dentist in the local community, with over 20 years of experience. Keeping with her desire for ongoing education, she has further stretched her skills by completing professional training in implant dentistry as well as clear aligner therapy (Invisalign and SureSmile).

Hetal is known for her gentle and caring manner. She personally involves herself in making sure her patients are at ease and are given all the options to achieve a healthy mouth, with focus on the patient being a ‘whole’ and firmly believes that the mouth is the doorway to the body..

In 2022 Hetal put her heart and soul into creating a new space for her patients and team at Hamilton Dentists, paying attention to every little detail that reflects her calm personality and the ethos of her practice. This has been her mission and vision since she started practice in Newcastle in 2008, and she proudly shares this space with her long term and new patients.

When not at work Hetal is busy raising her young family and passionately experimenting with her culinary skills. She endeavours to renew her love for yoga, music and art, when time allows her.
